Ted Talk Pitch Results - Mack Haid  Personal Opinions: Recently I pitched my ted talk idea to the class and it went good. I decided to pitch the idea of, "The importance of failure" I think the pitch went good because going into it I made sure that my slide show was full of ideas and it also had a general direction. I think I did what I wanted to do and still gained feedback from people. In my ted talk pitch, I suggested ideas such as talking to both older and younger people about how they see failure and to see if kids these days have life too easy. I also said I could talk about certain experiences in my life where I have faced failure. I also mentioned wanting to look at sports or other sources for moments that failure occurred and they then took advantage of that to succeed. Ted Talk Idea's - Mack Haid

Mack Haid - Ted Talk Idea's  The culminating project for leadership is to create and present a Ted talk that is about something you are passionate about and are able to make around a 10-minute presentation around. I have had some ideas but nothing concrete yet just because I don't know if the things that I am thinking of have enough behind them in order for them to be put into a 10-minute presentation. I think a lot of my ideas are good but I am not sure how "executable" they are. Some of my ideas include: -Leadership in sports -The importance of sport -The importance of failure in sport  -The importance of failure -Something relating to epilepsy  These are all pretty solid ideas but my issue is that I can't overly expand on them.
